THINGS TO DO

MBS Wellbeing Kids Programme

After-school wellbeing sessions for children, focused on emotional resilience, confidence, self-regulation, and positive wellbeing habits.

About

MBS describes its work as holistic wellbeing support for children, families, and the wider community, and says the charity was founded in Gibraltar in 2021 after seeing the scale of anxiety, stress, and mental-health challenges affecting students.

For children specifically, its after-school programme is described as a safe and nurturing space where they can grow physically, mentally, and emotionally through engaging activities, skill-building workshops, and supportive mentorship.

Families are also pointed towards one-to-one wellbeing sessions and support groups, so this feels broader than a single club once a week. It is more of a wellbeing programme with different routes in, depending on what a child needs.
