This is a weekly postnatal Pilates class for mums who want a gentler strengthening session with a focus on rebuilding strength after birth.
The current Corelife Baby timetable shows postnatal Pilates on Tuesdays at 12:00pm, with the organiser describing it as core recovery, strength, and mindful movement for mums.
The wider Corelife Baby setup also includes baby sensory, mummy fitness, and baby massage across the week, so this feels more like a small mums-and-babies community timetable than a standalone class.
